Metal Fabrication
Springfield Welding & Manufacturing has the capability to create custom parts and pieces for any project, large or small. We also have the ability to modify or add to existing project requirements. We work with all types of steel and aluminum and are able to make requested singular prototypes before doing a mass production order.
Structural Fabrication
We work with residential, commercial, municipalities, and agricultural entities to produce anything required for structural fab, such as beams, columns, and any metal support required for your project. Our experienced mechanical draftsman can either incorporate your plans or draw new!
Mig & Tig Welding
Whether in the shop or in the field, we have knowledgeable and licensed welders able to take on any project you have in mind. Their guidance assists our customers in choosing the right materials and welds for any job.
Certified Structural Mobile Welding
Some projects can’t be brought to our shop, but our certified mobile welders can go to you. Be it repair or just a larger structure, our certified welders have you covered.
Prime & Paint
Using only the best products in the industry, we here at Springfield Welding have developed a proven process of priming and painting projects to give the best finish on any project. Our experienced painters diligently apply standard or custom colors to both large- and small-scale orders.
Sandblasting
We offer ferrous and non-ferrous sandblasting as both a stand-alone service and an additional feature on work orders. Sandblasting can remove rust, paint, and other residues from your project. It can even be used to recondition the surface of a metal project, such as removing casting marks or scratches.
Bead Blasting
Springfield Welding & Manufacturing also offers bead blasting, which can clean your metal surfaces and improve the overall appearance of any project. It helps to create a uniform surface with a selected texture and can even harden the surface to increase the longevity of your project.

Because we go the extra step for our customers, we can also get additional services on your projects as needed, like hot dip galvanizing, powder coating, plasma cutting, laser cutting and more!
